Artists who receives a free studio from an institution usually means they will be serving that institution needs. In Haifa the institution is the municipality and their needs are to "gentrify" the area. But it usually comes at the expense of minority ethnic groups, historical preservation and local culture. For one day (1-9-2017) I used the social media and made an Instavlog, documenting myself walking around the area, showing the changes that are being made before it becomes something else.
